Sharon Osbourne visited Robertson Blvd. yesterday afternoon for a bit of shopping. She stopped first at Erica Courtney's jewelry shop and then at Intermix. Sharon purchased a number of items at Intermix including some new handbags. She was in a great mood, playing with a mannequin hand and hamming it up for the photographers.

Kelly Osbourne joined her mom and the evening's host, Sharon Osbourne, along with stars including Jason Orange, Sarah Harding and Keisha Buchanan at 15 Years of G-A-Y and World AIDS 20th Anniversary in London last night. The event benefited the Elton John AIDS Foundation. G-A-Y is London’s (and some say Europe’s) largest gay and lesbian party. Located in central London, G-A-Y has an enviable reputation of offering outstanding Saturday night PA’s from artists normally associated with Arena and Stadium performances.

The Osbourne family are set to auction off more than 500 lots of furnishings, art and memorabilia from their homes in Beverly Hills (recently sold to Christina Aguilera), Malibu and their Buckinghamshire mansion in England. The two-day sale will be held at the Gibson Guitar Showroom in Beverly Hills, November 30th and December 1st. Proceeds from the sale of the memorabilia, jewelry, costumes, paintings, furniture will, in part, go to benefit The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Items include a bat winged coat belonging to Ozzy, cars, dresses, crosses, paintings, furniture and gothic ornaments.

Kelly Osbourne looked great as she went to dinner with her mom, Sharon, last night at Cipriani in London. Kelly missed her last night in Chicago after she was hospitalized for a fall. She was sent home from the hospital in a neck brace but there was no sign of it last night. We hope she's feeling better.

Sharon Osbourne, seen here leaving The Ivy in London with son Jack last night, has reportedly walked out of the British talent show "The X Factor" amid rumors that she had a huge behind-the-scenes fight with co-judge Dannii Minogue.

Reports are that tensions between the two have been rising for weeks and boiled over when Sharon screamed at Minogue just seconds after wishing her a happy 36th birthday. Sharon is reportedly jealous of the attention the younger Minogue is receiving. According to the reports, "Dannii was crying so badly she had to have her make-up re-done three times. All of Sharon's frustrations came out."

The official line, though, is that Osbourne was miffed that two of her three acts were in the bottom two. "I'm out - gone," Sharon announced during the live results show. And as a producer stepped in, she snapped: "F@#$ off, I'll say what I f@#$ing want."

The reported feud between Sharon Osbourne and Courtney Love continues. It's been reported that Osbourne said "I'm glad [Courtney Love] doesn't like me. I only pity her. She's a virus. I don't want her anywhere near people I love. The cold hard fact is she's a has-been."

The two began their battle last month when Sharon accused Courtney of giving her son, Jack, the drug OxyContin, blaming Love for his addiction to painkillers. Osbourne reportedly said, "I will never have time for Courtney Love. She was the first person to give my son Jack the prescription drug OxyContin. There's not a shadow of doubt in my mind about that. My dislike towards her is very personal."

Love has denied providing drugs to the then teenage Jack saying "I never did that. I would never give drugs to a teenager. F**k you Sharon - as if I would ever give drugs to a teenager."

Kelly Osbourne made her premiere appearance in Chicago last night in London at the Cambridge Theatre. The 22-year-old star began her 7-week run in the show in front of a celebrity-packed audience that included Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Kate Moss and Amy Winehouse. Her performance brought down the house and had her mom, Sharon in tears. Kelly is the youngest actress to play the role of Mama Morton in the hit production.

Sharon Osbourne bought her son Jack an adorable puppy this weekend after a trip to a local pet store. Jack, sporting a beard, is still looking very fit and Sharon has dyed her hair back to her signature red! Spicy!

Queen of Metal, Sharon Osbourne, seen here with Irish pop mogul Louis Walsh after enjoying a late dinner at Cipriani restaurant in London, has reduced the price of Ozzfest tickets to $0. That's right, the original metal tour is now free thanks to tour sponsors who have underwritten the cost of the tour.

"I'm not trying to be the Mother Teresa of the music industry, because I like money more than anybody else," Osbourne recently told Scripps Howard News Service. "[But] these kids cannot afford to keep shelling out all this money, every year charging more and more. The brakes have to come on somewhere."

Fans snapped up 428,000 tickets in the four days after instructions were released for obtaining them. Additional tickets for remaining Ozzfest shows were released on July 18, and more information is available at www.ozzfest.com and www.livenation.com.
