Scott Weiland looked a bit distraught last night at the nightclub Foxtail. I guess I would too if I'd had problems like he's had recently. Not only was he sentenced to 192 days in jail for a recent DUI, but prior to that, he was let go as frontman of the band Velvet Revolver.

Former Velvet Revolver singer Scott Weiland has reportedly been sentenced to 192 hours in county jail for DUI. This is Weiland's second DUI offense and he has until May 28 to serve his sentence. In addition to being placed on a four-year summary probation, Weiland has also been ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program and pay an approximate $2000 in fines.

Weiland was arrested last November and booked for DUI when, according to the police report, he failed the field sobriety test and refused to take blood or urine tests.

Velvet Revolver announced today that the band has parted ways with singer Scott Weiland. A statement on the band's website reads "Velvet Revolver founding members Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Dave Kushner announced today that they are parting ways with singer Scott Weiland. 'This band is all about its fans and its music and Scott Weiland isn't 100% committed to either,' said Slash. 'Among other things, his increasingly erratic on-stage behavior and personal problems have forced us to move on.'

Reports are Velvet Revolver and former Stone Temple Pilots front man Scott Weiland was arrested for driving under the influence in Los Angeles on November 21 and is due in court on December 13. According to the report, he was involved in a non-injury collision for which he was determined to be at fault and exhibited signs of "impairment" at the scene. Field sobriety tests were administered and he was taken to the LAPD jail in Van Nuys where he reportedly refused to take a blood or urine test. He was later released on $40,000 bail. Scott Weiland has been arrested multiple times in the past for a variety of drug offenses and was arrested in 2003 after a Hollywood traffic accident and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Those charges were eventually dismissed after he successfully completed a drug rehab program and submitted to drug tests.

Supergroup Velvet Revolver rocked the Sound Advice Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida last night. The crowds went wild as the boys Slash, Scott Weiland, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and Dave Kushner played VR tunes such as "She Mine," "Sucker Train Blues" and "Slither." Weiland also paid homage to Stone Temple Pilots with a shirtless version of "Interstate Love Song" followed by a perfectly whistled "Patience" from the Guns N' Roses songbook of Slash and Duff McKagan.

A Saturday afternoon row turned into an arrest for Velvet Revolver's frontman Scott Weiland's wife Mary after they returned home from a nearby luxury hotel and she set fire to his $10,000 wardrobe in the front yard of their Toluca Lake property.

Police were called earlier in the day to the Graciela Burbank Hotel after the couple got into an argument that left two rooms vandalized, Police Sgt. Mathew Ferguson said.

Wifey wifey was booked for investigation of felony arson vandalism after police officers responded to a call Saturday night that a female was burning clothes which they found in a trash can still smoldering.  The couple's children, ages 4 and 6, were placed in the custody of family friends.

Weiland's life is never dull that's for sure!
