Rihanna performed on the Today show yesterday, where she showed off her new tattoo and questionable taste in hats. I'm beginning to think her stylist hates her or something.

Anyway, the tattoo is on her shoulder, and it looks like it's Roman numerals or something (Jay-Z has a thing for Roman numerals. Look it up, it's true).

And, like clockwork, I have that Umbrella song stuck in my head. I can't talk about Rihanna without it happening. Ella, ella, ella

The Good Girl Gone Bad shopped at two clothing boutiques, Diavolina and Opening Ceremony, before heading off to the Body Electric tattoo shop on Melrose Avenue in LA. Although she covered up after her new ink, the sexy singer was spotted getting a tattoo on the back of her neck.

Singer Rihanna was spotted hobbling her way around the shops, yesterday, despite being on crutches and wearing a brace on her foot. She cheered herself up with some retail therapy on Melrose Avenue and at The Grove and treated her self and a friend to ice cream.
