Paris, Nicky and Kathy Hilton attended Photographer's Gallery Presents: "The Good Life" last night, a benefit for P.S. Arts, Organization for Children's Arts Education in Los Angeles.

Is it just me, or does Paris need to lay off of the Mystic Tan for a while? Look at her legs next to Kathy's! Mama Hilton, on the other hand, is looking fresh, as the kids on the street say these days. She could honestly pass for a Hilton sister, not a Hilton matriarch.

It would be difficult for me to care any less than I already do about Paris Hilton. Like, it should be an Olympic sport, where contestants from all over the world compete to see who can get me to think less about her. The winner will get one of Carmen Electra's stripper poles in either bronze, silver or gold.

But because some of you guys seem to love her, I went ahead and wrote this post. Here's Paris leaving Benji Madden's DCMA store on Melrose yesterday. I can say lots of negative stuff about her, but at least she knows how to promote. If I hear "Paris Hilton" and "DCMA" in the same sentence one more time, I swear I'll scream.

Paris Hilton was hosting an evening for her new reality show Paris Hilton's My New BFF at Tao in Vegas the other night. Hell, I'd be her friend if it meant I could raid her closet from time to time. Of course, her feet are a size 10 so I wouldn't be able to wear her shoes. I guess I could still make a little cash on the side selling her out to the paparazzi, though.

In the second thumbnail, I swear to God I thought she was posing with Alexis Arquette, Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge. Then I came to my senses and realized that Audrina is far too glamorous to wear a Forever 21 shirt as a dress.

I figured I'd go ahead and let you know that Paris was going to be featured in this post, so you'd have the opportunity to run from the room screaming for your life skip over it if you wanted.

On the one hand, I almost feel bad for the way that the media treats her. I've heard her called all kinds of things over the past few years, and I think it's safe to say that the general consensus is that (at best) she's a lady of mixed repute.

On the other hand, I still haven't forgiven her for participating in Puff Daddy's Vote or Die campaign, all the while not even being registered to vote. Who does that?

Paris and Nicky headed out yesterday on separate shopping sprees. Nicky hit the shops on Robertson Blvd. in West Hollywood while Paris shopped all over town, even taking time to change outfits during her spree. Her expedition included stops at two lingerie stores, Trashy Lingerie and Agent Provocateur, along with other clothing stores including Fred Segal.

Paris appeared thinner than she has lately, too. Maybe she's trimming down and beefing up the lingerie closet for her rumored new boyfriend, 20-year-old Swedish model Alexander von Zweigbergk Vaggo.

The house, which is just off the Sunset Strip, has become a mecca for media and fans following Paris' recent jail time and neighbors even drew up a petition to try and rid the street of the hoards.

Well, Paris Hilton certainly seems to keep herself busy now that she's out of jail. Whether or not it's any different before she went to jail is another question.

Today she spent time beachside at her rented Malibu summer house and was sporting a badly bruised leg from recent surfing attempts. She also went on a shopping trip today, purchasing a big pink pillow, pet supplies and some doggie toys for her new pooch (who proceded to try to run away while she was unloading the car)along with a big pink surfboard for herself so she can hone her surfing skills before her lease is up.

Perhaps the shopping trip was her own way of soothing the burn of being snubbed by Victoria Beckham who is rumored to have turned down a party invitation from the heiress. Paris is reported to have said "We could be soul mates." Victoria apparently has other thoughts on the matter, allegedly telling a friend "Over my dead body!" Beckham is keen to establish herself as a major Hollywood player now that she's in LA and doesn't want Paris "jailbird" Hilton messing things up for her.

The Simple Life Star has been ordered back to court following her release from jail by Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca who said she could serve the rest of her sentence under house arrest. At 4.30pm this afternoon, The Los Angeles City Attorney, Rocky Delgadillo, asked Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing to review Baca's decision. The County Sheriff's office will have to defend themselves and prove they are not in contempt of court. The filing recommends that Paris be taken into custody so Paris could get a free ride to court.

Delicate Jailbird Paris Hilton was released to house confinement 20 days early this morning after serving only 3 of her 23 day sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility at Lynwood, CA.  The heiress's Psychiatrist Charles Sophy rushed to her side yesterday for a two-hour visit amid reports she may not be coping with life on the inside.  Hilton was said to have been released due to medical conditions and has been fitted with an ankle bracelet and reassigned to house arrest. At today's press conference, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore said "she will be under house confinement at her home for 40 days.  After the 40 days she will have "fulfilled her debt to society". Whitmore made it clear that Paris was not released early, she was reassigned. She is technically still in custody.  The LA Sheriff Department's inmate locator web site also still states that her projected release date is scheduled for June 26.

The facility's perimeters are under tight security with police patrol cars and no parking enforcement following the intake of it's most famous resident yet. Paris Hilton turned herself in to the L.A. County Sheriff on Sunday night following her last public appearance at the MTV Movie Awards. She left her parents' house in the dark accompanied by her mother Kathy, sister Nicky and her high-powered lawyer Richard Hutton and was driven to the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles, where she officially surrendered. The same sculptor who brought us Britney having a baby has created a Paris Hilton naked "corpse" as an interactive Public Service Announcement to warn teenagers of the hazards of underage drinking.  The display, a life-size clay sculpture of an autopsied Ms. Hilton, cell phone remaining in firm grip, has removable innards and also features Tinkerbell, Hilton's forlorn pet Chihuahua with matching tiara.  The scuplture was created by artist Daniel Edwards and the 'unglamorous' display which includes support material from anti-drunk driving organizations counters "the disturbingly glamorized trend of Hollywood's 'girls gone wild'," according to gallery director, David Kesting.  Images courtesy of Capla Kesting Fine Art.

She was mum about any concerns for her upcoming DUI court date but was carrying a huge gold bag with a Cadillac emblem on it. Hey, if you can't drive the car......get the handbag right!

Paris is making headlines again for being on the wrong side of the law. The actress got stopped at 11pm Tuesday night for driving without her headlights switched on in her pale blue $190,000 Bentley. When the cops checked her license they discovered it had been suspended. The luxury car she reportedly bought herself for Christmas has been impounded and could be held for up to 30 days and if the judge revokes her probation she could face up to 90 days in jail, a lengthier probation sentence, fines or additional community service obligations. Her spokesman, Elliot Mintz, said his client was not aware her driving privileges had been curtailed. Paris was photographed today in West Hollywood and is also pictured here on Saturday at a pre-Oscars party where she was driving the Bentley. Today she was picked up by an assistant in her range rover.... I guess she got the message this time.

Is Paris covering her sex and drug shame with a lawsuit. Hotel Heiress Paris Hilton filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Federal Court yesterday against the web site ParisExposed.com that is charging a $39.97 membership fee to display her scandalous diaries, sex videos, photographs, medical records and audiotapes in what her lawyers are calling "one of the most reprehensible invasions of privacy ever committed".

Hilton's scandalous treasure chest was reportedly acquired after she failed to pay the $208 fee on her Los Angeles storage locker in 2005 where she stored her belonging whilst inbetween homes (she says the moving company neglected to pay the bill). Her belongings were then auctioned off and the contents were sold for $2,775 to defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss. They, in turn, sold Hilton's belongings to Bardia Persa for $10 million, who displayed them on ParisExposed.com.

Justice was meted out to Paris Hilton for her September DUI arrest.  The heiress was ordered to pay the average cost of a Kobe Beef Salad ($1500) in fines and sentenced to 36 months probation.  Although she never appeared before a judge, Paris managed to receive a celebrity-special slap on the wrist with a reduction to her initial DUI charge.  The judge, however, did order Paris to attend a 12 Step program and offered a probation reduction deal if she competes 40 hours of community service.  That's service, Paris ... not shopping!

Looks like Hollywood Brat Paris Hilton has been fired by her own namesake according to the club's owner.

Fred Khalilian, the millionaire businessman behind Club Paris has revealed he "fired" the hotel heiress because she has continuously failed to show at scheduled appearances at the club named after her in Orlando, FL.

Trouble started to brew two years ago when Hilton showed up six hours late for the grand opening, Khalilian said.  "She's created a circus for herself," he said. "It's all about: How has she screwed up now?"

On the club's website www.clubparis.net Khalilian plans to hold a competiton for "The Relacement Miss Club Paris USA" to replace Hilton.  The winner will receive a choice of a Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren (just like the one Mz Hilton drives) or a Ferrari to drive for 12 months as well as a 12 month paid luxury apartment near Club Paris' corporate office, reasonable salary, and all expenses paid including travel and entertainment.

To audition, you must be female, 18-25, and a U.S. resident. Dancing, singing, or other performance talent is not required but is a huge plus!

As the saying goes, no one is indispensable, not even Paris Hilton!
