What you're looking at is a ginormous telescope that lets people in London look across the Atlantic Ocean and see people 3,460 miles away. Yeah, and you thought the telescope your dad bought you when you were 12 was cool.
It's called The Telectroscope (funny, my spell check doesn't recognize it as a word), and has 6-foot-tall screens that people can look through.
In other news, there's still no cure for cancer.
