Kid Rock, Tyrese and Oscar de la Hoya were among those who attended 54 Below last night. The event, hosted by "Golden Boy" de la Hoya celebrated the 10th anniversary of Studio 54 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Oscar De La Hoya just sold this spawling estate in Big Bear Lake, Ca. to the "Ultimate Fighter" Tito Ortiz for $1.2m. Ortiz has reportedly trained in the area for the last 7 years and says he likes the 7,000 feet elevation and the seclusion. Now he likes the 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home of De La Hoya that comes complete with a private training camp........wonder if he gets to keep Golden Boy's street signs?
