Nick Lachey arrived in Scottsdale, AZ a bit early to get a head start on the Super Bowl festivities. Last night, he partied at the Matt Leinart Foundation Fundraising Event "Welcome Arizona Party." It looks like he had quite a good time with friends, signing autographs and posing for photos with fans.

Nick Lachey got in a bit of Xmas shopping in LA yesterday, making a stop at Gucci. Lachey's choir from Cincinnati, OH was the winner of NBC's "Clash of the Choirs" last week. The group won $250,000 that will be given to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo attend the unveiling of the 46-floor luxury Atelier building in Mid-Town Manhattan where the couple bought a 2-bedroom condo. The condos are reportedly selling for around $2 million.
Meanwhile, they have warned magazines not to publish the explicit photos circulating of the the couple having sex in a Mexico hot tub. Hollywood attorney Marty Singer, who represents the couple, claims the "outrageous and malicious" photographer who snapped the pictures did so illegally.

Now that his sweetheart, Vanessa Minnillo is coming to the West Coast permanently, Nick Lachey is getting his Bel Air bachelor pad ready for two. Nick bought the 5,214 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms home from Heidi Klum and Seal for $5,000,000 and is now having the hilltop home renovated. That's one thing I never get about celebs. They spend millions buying a home that has just been remodelled and then spend a bundle of money renovating it!!! I am pretty sure that Heid's home wasn't a hovel so I suppose it just wasn't to Nick's taste. The private residence is described as smart, sleek light bright and airy one story contemporary behind gates at end of cul de sac. It has a resort pool area, high ceilings, art walls and maple wood floors. The newly remodeled home has a gourmet kitchen and family room, den, and step down down living room. Fabulous master suite. It is very scenic and offers lots of privacy. Well, I'm sold. When can I move in?
