Nia Vardalos seems to be enjoying her time in Greece shooting My Life in Ruins. She is starring in the film, due out in 2008, as a tour guide.

We snapped Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) on the set while filming the new romantic comedy, My Life in Ruins, on the Athens Acropolis with Richard Dreyfuss and Greek actor Alexis Georgoulis.
Due out in 2008, My Life In Ruins is a comedy about an archaeologist tour guide whose life takes a personal detour, while her group gets entangled in comic situations among the ruins with a series of unexpected stops along the way.
