Former "Prison Break" star, actor Lane Garrison has reportedly been sentenced to 40 months in prison for the death of Vahagn Setian. The 17-year-old Setian was a passenger in Garrison's car while he was reportedly driving drunk and high. Two other passengers were not critically injured. Lane was also ordered to pay restition of $300,000 to the victims' families.

Lane Garrison's sentencing hearing was held today at the Beverly Hills courthouse for the car crash that left one of his passengers, Vahagn Setian, dead. Garrison pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter, felony DUI with bodily injury and one misdemeanor count of providing alcohol to a minor. Several friends of Setian were in attendance wearing shirts with a photo of Vahagn on the front and "Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today" on the back.

A judge has ordered the "Prison Break" actor to undergo a 90-day psychiatric evaluation in a prison before he is sentenced.
