It was a busy night tonight at MTV's TRL studios in New York as the show kicked off its "Spankin' New Ladies Week" with a performance by American Idol Season Six winner Jordin Sparks and special guest, Ashlee Simpson. Woody Harrelson was also on hand for the event.
