It's reported that Irish-born actor Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, who is no stranger to rehab, was arrested at the airport in Dublin yesterday and charged with two public order offences: drunk and disorderly conduct and a breach of the peace.

Reports say that the 30-year-old Meyers was charged at a police station and released on cash bail to appear in court next month. Spokespeople for the police department have refused to comment saying it was not police policy to identify anybody charged until they appear in court.
