I don't get what the obsession with this dude is. I mean, he was on Desperate Housewives for a combined total of around 15 minutes, then he was Punk'd, and now he's...rolling around town looking like some sort of gay gang member?

Jesse Metcalfe was seen leaving Dolce's 5th anniversary party last night. It seems like everyone and their mother went to this shindig last night...do they not have maximum capacity enforcement out there? You'd think the Hollywood egos alone would've filled the place to the rafters.

As for Jesse there, I just don't get what people see in him. I mean, besides Desperate Housewives, he's most famous for getting Punk'd (while auditioning for a role in Spiderman 3, which he didn't get) and starring in a 3 Doors Down video. He went to rehab and stuff, but I don't necessarily think that makes you a star (will somebody please pass that info along to Lindsay Lohan for me?).

It's reported that actor Jesse Metcalfe is facing assault charges after punching a photographer in the face on Saturday night in London. The "Desperate Housewives" star reportedly attacked photographer Roman Lawrence as he left the London nightclub Studio Valbonne on Saturday night, leaving him with a bloody nose. Jesse went on to watch his girlfriend, Nadine Coyle, and her band Girls Aloud perform at 15 Years of G-A-Y on World AIDS Day.

The photographer reported the incident to the local police and has asked that criminal charges be brought against Metcalfe. Lawrence said: "He was coming out of the club and walking towards his taxi. But he kept walking past the vehicle. I was walking backwards away from him and he kept walking towards me. He then raised his fist and punched me in the face."
