Speaking of people who won't go away, it looks like Adnan is back. Fortunately, it looks like a temporary thing, as I keep hearing that she's only giving him the time of day because she's worried he may have a sex tape. Once she gets it back, she's supposed to kick him back into the gutter that she found him in.

A couple of months ago, some crazy like a fox person stabbed Adnan in the arm. Afterward, Adnan said the following:

"I have had many calls about it (the sex tape) from all over the world. In light of the constant calls about the sex tape and threats, I'm taking a break from the industry and keeping a low profile."

I've been telling ya'll that Britney Spears is back for a long time, but it now it looks like she's back in full force. Last night, she came to and left Sur restaurant with her own crew of bodyguards and photographers. Wow.

Again, my love for Britney is well documented (I even start my workouts with Toxic!), but girlfriend's weave is in need of a checkup. She's been doing so well with it lately, and I even had high hopes that it would stay mange-free forever. It's like, kind of spiky towards the top and a little kinky on her left side. On a weave scale of 1-10, I can only give this one a 4.

Britney Spears is back from Louisiana and has officially won more time with her kids. The family court agreed to let her boys stay for overnight visits, which is a big step for Brit Brit.

Now, we all know that I've always been a pretty steadfast fan of Britney, but you have to admit: the chick is getting her act together. She's losing weight, she's got her boys back and her career is moving forward again. Plus, check out her weave! It's looking great! I wouldn't even say there are critters livin' up in there.

Britney Spears is reportedly in talks to have a major comeback concert in Vegas. The show is supposed to nab her around $10 million.

HELL YES! I'm grabbing my Carmen Electra stripper pole and heading out to Sin City to see this mess. I can't wait. It'll be like, an extended version of her MTV performance...I'll pay any amount to catch this cavalcade of awesome!

It's actually really good to see her climbing back to the top of the Hollywood food chain. I've made it no secret that I loves me some Brit Brit, and I'm happy to see her getting things back in order for herself.

Britney has returned to the States from her vacation with Mel Gibson (which is really kind of creepy, and I'll leave it at that), and shopping at Lisa Kline already. I have to say, she's looking pretty awesome.

She's got her weave in check, her body (is almost) back to the days when she was dancing with a snake at the MTV VMAs and her affairs are in order. She's even won more time with her kids.

Press, paparazzi and police gathered today outside the Los Angeles County Court as Britney Spears and Kevin Federline appeared in court for a hearing in the continuing custody battle for the couple's two children. Reports are that Spears has been granted more time with her two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James and will now have supervised visitation rights for three days a week. During a press conference after the hearing, Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said that he wouldn't talk about the custodial timeshare between the couple but he did say it is "more than it has been." He also added the modifications to custody made today will be implemented "in the near future" and Kevin's "goal and his hope is his children will have the benefit of having two parents participating actively in their lives." Spears' parents released a statement that says they were "so pleased with Britney's progress" and "very appreciative" of the court's recognition of her progress.

Britney Spears' paparazzo ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has reportedly been attacked. The reports state that Adnan was stabbed in a vicious attack leaving him with stab wounds to the arm and face. Britney Spears just can't catch a break. It's reported that her motoring mishaps continued yesterday when she was involved in a minor car accident. The reports say that she was driving her new Mercedes on the Ventura Freeway in stop-and-go traffic when her car struck a Nissan in front of her, causing it to push forward into another vehicle.

Fortunately, there were no injuries and no vehicles were damaged in the incident. Watch where you're going, Britney!!!

The drama that is Britney Spears' life just never ends. It seems that someone took the lyrics of her recent hit "Piece of Me" seriously! Reports are in that the LAPD were called to Britney's Beverly Hills home on Friday after her parents discovered some missing items.

Jamie and Lynne Spears won a legal hearing on Friday in which Jamie was granted conservatorship over Brit and can legally change the locks and remove anyone who is staying there until the next hearing on Monday. A restraining order was also filed against Spears' manager, Sam Lufti.

After the hearing, Brit's parents returned to her home and were "shocked" to find that some valuable items "had been stolen." They believe the items were taken just after Britney was carted off to the UCLA Medical Center early Thursday morning.

I wonder who on earth could have gotten access to Britney Spears' home and taken those valuable items???

She and boyfriend Adnan Ghalib started out by heading to court in downtown LA for a custody hearing with Kevin Federline, who arrived with his lawyer. Brit never went into the courthouse, though. Just 48 hours after being held in the hospital on reported mental evaluation and suicide watch, Britney Spears returned to her wayward ways in Los Angeles last night. The troubled singer went out for a late-night drive in the dark to visit a drug store with no headlights lights on. Her white Mercedes got a flat tire, but she continued to drive the vehicle for a few miles, causing traffic mayhem in LA. She eventually abandoned her car and hitched a ride with a paparazzi on the scene which was not her rumored paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. The abandoned vehicle was then later towed away. Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Mike Lopez said, "Britney Spears car was impounded because it was blocking the roadway." Spears will now have to pay the towing fee and if she doesn't collect the vehicle within 30 days, it will be put up for auction.

From the looks of it, the night air was a bit "nippy" as Britney Spears left Taverna Tony in Malibu last night and Brit reportedly had another wild night on the town. After leaving the restaurant she stopped unexpectedly in the middle of the road trying to take a photo of a mural on the side but, when photographers wouldn't get out of the way, she slammed her camera down onto a car, causing the memory card to go flying. She also stopped at a gas station and reports are that, instead of getting into her own car, got into a photographer's car and headed off to continue her wild evening, ending up at a LA area hotel until the wee hours of the morning, taking the photographer with her.

County Sheriff Deputy's foot as she was leaving the courthouse after her custody hearing. According to the reports a "traffic collision complaint" was filed by the Sheriff's Department and the LAPD is looking at the possibility of a hit and run.

Just as Britney's new album Blackout is released in stores today, reports are in that Commissioner Scott Gordon issued his order today denying the pop star custody of her two children.

Spears has been granted three visits per week, two from noon to 7:00 p.m. and one overnight visit. All visits are to be monitored. Brit and K-Fred have also been ordered to work out a holiday schedule for the children.

In the order, Gordon wrote that Britney must provide proof that her pool has been childproofed by Friday. Also, he added, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all." The Commissioner also recounted what the parenting coach complained of, quoting that "during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play."

According to the reports, the coach also wrote, "It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children," adding that she seemed to have a "lack of general attention at times" but there was nothing she "would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense."

From the reports it seems that the final nail in the coffin was this damning comment from the coach: "The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful."

Britney was showing signs of stress as she was turned away from an employee parking lot that some celebrities are permitted to use so they can get access to the court with less media attention. It's been reported that the L.A. County Commissioner, Scott Gordon, has suspended Britney Spears' visitation rights with her kids until she complies with all court orders. The order came after Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, attended an emergency hearing yesterday.

The order reads "Petitioner's [Britney's] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner's compliance with the court orders. The parenting coach is to submit a report to the court and counsel prior to October 26, 2007." That date is the next opportunity Britney will have to get her children back.

According to reports, the Commissioner's action was triggered by Britney failing to provide contact information to the drug testing center to facilitate the random tests.

It's been reported that 27-year-old Tony Barretto, Britney Spears' former bodyguard, has asked the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services to open a child abuse investigation, according to his attorney, Gloria Allred, who says that he met with officials last week to formally lodge a "child abuse referral."

"The referral asks for an investigation into Britney Spears and her behavior with her two young children," Allred said in a statement. "It was our understanding at the end of the meeting ... (that) the department will investigate to the best of their ability...It was important that we filed because the department has no legal power to investigate unless there is a filing. Now that we have filed, they have the power to open an investigation."

One expert, family law lawyer Lynn Soodik said, "A referral to the department is extremely serious."

This latest blow in Britney's custody case with Kevin Federline following her loss of custody of the boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1, is devastatingly timed since a judge has just ordered her to pay for parenting counseling and drug-testing before she can regain custody of her sons.

According to friends of the singer, "She has complained that she is down to her last $10 million. For anyone else that might seem a fortune, but she is spending millions on everything from lawyers to her lifestyle. She is going to run dry at this rate. She isn't touring so she has no big pay cheques coming in....She isn't stinting herself. It's madness."

Britney Spears has reportedly lost custody of her children. L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today that stated the boys' father, Kevin Federline, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."

Britney was previously ordered by the judge to undergo random drug testing and take parenting classes. Sources say Federline's powerhouse attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, also pointed out that Spears has been driving without a valid California
driver's license.

According to reports, Judge Scott Gordon found that "...there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney)" in Britney Spears' custody battle. He ordered that Brit undergo random, twice-weekly testing for alcohol and controlled substances. No changes have been made, yet, in the custody arrangement, a 50/50 split between Britney and Kevin Federline, that K Fed wants changed to 70/30 in his favor.

The judge also ruled that "...each party is restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party's family or significant other..." highlighting the bitterness between Brit and Kevin. He also prohibited Brit and K-Fed from "...using corporal punishment with the minor children and from allowing anyone else to do so."

Everyone was highly anticipating her comeback performance that opened the MTV VMA's last night only to be let down with horrible lip-syncing, bad choreography and even worse dancing and Britney didn't even seem to be trying. Well, folks, the rumors flying that Britney would be a no-show for her hosting gig at the grand opening of LAX at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Vegas were untrue. She showed up even if she was late. Spears was scheduled to arrive at 10:00 p.m. but didn't make it until 12:15. Reportedly when she did arrive, she rushed past everyone only to be stopped by the owner of the club who made her go back and pose for the cameras. She wasted no time and after about 15 seconds, she made a beeline to the VIP section.

You can just tell from the photos she was in rare form and was just thuh-rilled to be photographed.

The evening was a success, even given Brit's usual antics and other celebs in attendance included Brody Jenner, Nicky Hilton, Dave Navarro and Nicole Bennett, Wilmer Valderrama, Carrot Top, Criss Angel, Josh Henderson and even Robin Leach!

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were getting their money's worth out of their attorneys, yesterday, while they were fighting to keep all custody matters between the two private and out of the press' hands.

Attorneys for both Britney and K-Fed expressed concern in particular for the ex's respective schedules. But, given Brit's recent partying, everyone already knows that the boys won't be with her!

Is K-Fed worried about his kids being in danger? According to his attorney, "Kevin is concerned that the more time the children are with him, he feels the more insulated they are from risks that would otherwise be possibly visited upon them."

The poor kids.

It's been reported that Kevin Federline, seen here during happier times with ex-wife Britney Spears, has filed an order in LA Superior Court to show cause for primary physical custody of his two sons with the pop star.

The Spears/Federline divorce was finalized less than two weeks ago and, at the time, the couple agreed to split custody 50-50 of Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months.

Other reports say that Federline is worried Spears is exposing the boys to "unnecessary risk." When the couple was going around over the divorce settlement in June, Federline resisted signing the papers over growing concerns about Spears' erratic behavior.

The news of Federline's request for primary custody comes as photos have surfaced of his ex-wife reportedly topless in a hotel pool.

Britney Spears had an eratic day following the breaking news of her reportedly telling pals she is pregnant again. Spears couldn't seem to make up her mind where she wanted to go.

First she left her home to shop at Leona Edmiston's clothing boutique in West Hollywood. She then returned all the way home, only to leave a few minutes later to go to the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. Once there she immediately left to go to Gil Turner's liquor store on Sunset Blvd and from there she went for lunch at Cravings.

Whew. With days like that it's no wonder Britney seems a bit crazy lately. But, the question remains: Is Britney pregnant again? Let's hope not.

Britney Spears visited her attorneys today following reports that she has demanded a Florida radio station take down offensive advertisements that depict the singer with a shaven head calling her a "nut job". WFLZ's billboards reportedly had other slogans including "Shock Therapy" and "Certifiable" which ran across pictures of a bald-headed Spears. Spear's legal team at Lavely and Singer sent a letter demanding that the radio station immediately remove all of the ads. Kevin Federline and his lawyer are scheduled to appear at an LA courthouse early Thursday for an emergency hearing in the family law court, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press. "Our best information is he will be here; she won't," said Parachini. "But anything is possible. It is not yet clear exactly what Federline intends to ask the court but Parachini said Federline's lawyer would try to persuade a Superior Court commissioner that the matter is urgent enough to be handled on an expedited basis. What would you do if you were bored and Britney Spears on a Friday night? Shave of all your hair and get a tattoo? Well, that's what the real Brit did, even though the owner of the San Fernando Valley salon begged her to reconsider. Spears reportedly grabbed an electric clipper and shaved her own head.

"I tried to talk her out of it. I said, 'Are you sure you're not having a bad day and tomorrow you'll feel differently about it? Why don't we wait a little bit?'" salon owner Esther Tognozzi said in an interview.
"She said 'No, I absolutely want it shaved off now.' Next thing I know, she grabbed the buzzer and she went to the back of my salon and she was shaving off her own hair," Tognozzi said.

Spears then made an appearance at tattoo parlor Body and Soul in Sherman Oaks where she had a pair of red and pink lips inked on her wrist.

It has been reported that Britney checked into rehab at Eric Clapton's Crossroads center in Antigua, in the Caribbean but checked herself back out a day later. The new hairdo and tattoo came the following day on her return to her Malibu home.
