Ashlee Simpson engaged? Sure looks like it with that rock on her finger. Ashlee Simpson preggers? Not so sure. Her stomach was looking positively flat as she left her hotel in NY tonight. If she is pregnant, it must be early days. Rumors are already flying however that daddy Simpson is trying to cut a deal for exclusive baby photos! Only time, and a swelling mid-section will tell.

It's reported that Ashlee Simpson, 23, is expecting her first child with fiance Pete Wentz, 28. The couple announced their engagement on Wednesday, 4/9/08. A spokesperson for the couple said, "We are thrilled to confirm their engagement and congratulate this happy couple...Beyond that there is nothing to say." Ashlee is scheduled to release her new album, Bittersweet World on April 22.

Reports are that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have confirmed that they're planning to get married. The couple said in an online statement, "We know there has been a lot of speculation recently about Pete and I and we wanted our fans to be the first to know, because you guys are the best. Yes, we are thrilled to share that we are happily engaged. Thank you for all of your support and well wishes - it means the world to us. We consider this to be a very private matter, but we wanted you to hear it straight from us."

Ashlee Simpson and her pals lunch at Cafe Med in West Hollywood. Simpson joked with photographers on her way out that she had "Been waiting all day for this photo shoot". Simpson also curiously had her hand on her male friend's leg as they pulled away in the car!

Ashlee Simpson enjoyed a stroll with boyfriend Pete Wentz and friends in South Beach following her "Outta My Head" CD signing at a local Wal-Mart yesterday. The couple was all smiles and looked as in love as ever as they walked hand-in-hand in the sunshine before stopping for a bite to eat at a trendy restaurant. Simpson was wearing her promise ring, a present from Wentz, on her engagement finger and she tried to keep her new arm tattoo out of view.

Players included Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, Kendra Wilkinson, Brody Jenner, David Spade, Stacy Keibler and Frankie Delgado. In the stands, Ashlee Simpson cheered on her boyfriend Wentz while Kim Kardashian supported her step-brother Brody.

Part of the Super Bowl festivities, the second-annual Beach Bowl pitted NFL all-stars against Hollywood's hottest in a wild flag football game. The event benefited the Matt Leinart Foundation and featured performances by Fall Out Boy and Josh Kelly.

The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom mediterranean style home set her back  $4.7 million but it's worth it right? Huge house, pool, views, celebrity neighbors that include Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. We've heard some stories already about the house, firstly that she had it spiritually cleansed before she moved in so as not to be bothered by ghosties (a story her reps deny) and also that she has spent $100,000 turning a room in her new home into a nightclub. Well, what else are you gonna do with profit of $1.2 million from the sale of your old home?
