Just days after it seemed Amy was making quite a lot of progress and wowed crowds with her performance and multiple wins at the Grammy Awards, Blake was reportedly rushed to a prison hospital block after overdosing on drugs in a cell. Prison guards found Fielder Civil writhing in pain and vomiting violently. A probe was launched after the incident and prison officers found he had taken a drug believed to be heroin, mixed with a toxic substance. The 35-year-old is in prison awaiting trial on charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice and GBH and has been repeatedly warned to quit drug use.

Fresh out of rehab for substance abuse, troubled singer Amy Winehouse may have been physically absent from the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night, but her presence was certainly strong even via satellite feed from London as she won five Grammys out of the nominated six: Record of the Year, Best New Artist, Song of the Year for "Rehab," Best Vocal Album and Best Pop Vocal Performance. Following her visa issues earlier this week (she was originally denied a US visa to attend the US awards show only for the decision to be overturned at the last minute), Winehouse performed two songs via satellite. After accepting her awards, an obviously gobsmacked and emotional Winehouse hugged and thanked her parents and band members, record label and her "Blake incarcerated," who has been behind bars since last last year on charges of conspiracy involving alleged witness tampering in his upcoming assault trial. Ever the patriot, she also said "this is for London" and mentioned the Camden fire that had gutted her local watering hole "The Hawley Arms."

According to reports, Amy Winehouse's record label, Universal, has issued a statement saying that Amy Winehouse has finally entered a rehab program, adding that she has cancelled a planned appearance at the NRJ awards in France on Saturday. According to her label, "Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors."

"She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the Grammy Awards.

"Amy entered the facility by mutual agreement and continues to receive the full support of all concerned."

No, but she's landed herself in the slammer anyhow. Amy has reportedly been arrested in London. The "Rehab" singer was reportedly taken into custody on Tuesday evening at the Shoreditch police station and is implicated in the bribery plot for which her husband Blake has been in jail since November.

A police spokesperson said: “A 24-year old woman has been arrested by appointment at an east London police station. She is currently in custody. The arrest was in connection with an investigation into perverting the course of justice.”

Well, if you didn't expect it you must have been hiding under a rock. It's reported that Amy Winehouse, whose performances have gotten worse and worse over the last month or so has now canceled all remaining appearances for the rest of the year. According to the reports, she's looked even more frail than usual lately and has been nearly incoherent in recent performances and it's all (or mostly!) due to her hubby Blake's incarceration on charges of interfering with an investigation. Blake is reportedly being held in prison until January.

Winehouse said in an interview "I can't give it my all onstage without my Blake. I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly. I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."

The troubled singer's hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, has reportedly been denied bail after appearing in court yesterday. Blake, 25, and another man, Michael Brown, were due to stand trial this month charged with inflicting serious bodily harm on a pub landlord in East London in June last year but their trial has been delayed because of Fielder-Civil's recent arrest for conspiracy to distort the course of justice. At the hearing, Blake was denied bail and remanded in custody until January 18.

Blake was arrested last night in London on suspicion of attempting to disrupt a trial, scheduled for next week, in which he was to stand with another man for allegedly assaulting a pub barman who was left needing metal plates in his face. Allegations are that $400,000 was to be paid to a key witness to keep a distance from the case and refuse to provide evidence.

If convicted, the maximum sentence Blake could receive for the offense is life in prison. Three other London men were also arrested in connection with the plot and all four are scheduled for interrogation by detectives today.

The group was arrested just hours after police raided Amy and Blake's Camden home, having apparently been tipped off about the alleged plot.

It's been reported that Amy Winehouse's London home was raided today at approximately 5:00 p.m. London time. And, during the raid, the police brought in video equipment and cameras which likely means they found what they were looking for.

While Amy's husband, Blake, left an hour or so before the raid, Amy was reported to be out wandering around near her house and is now believed to be with her father.

The reports also state that Blake is almost certain to go to jail on GBH charges that were brought against him on Monday and Amy's dad hopes that she'll be able to get herself together while Blakes in the slammer.

It's reported that she watched her husband leave a party at Harvey Nichols department store recently with another woman, model Lily Cole, and lost it. Blake then left the party with Lily, leaving Amy alone for three hours before returning to continue an argument. A friend said: “Blake and Lily were chatting very intently for ages before Amy arrived. Amy went ballistic when she saw them together and dragged Blake to the toilet to confront him. They were arguing for at least 20 minutes. Amy was shouting at him and asking him what an earth he was doing with Lily. Blake tried to explain but Amy was having none of it. People waiting to use the toilets were just standing there open-mouthed. Their marriage is hanging by a thread.”

It's been reported that Amy has considered cancelling some dates on her scheduled November tour because they conflict with Blake's scheduled court date and she wants to be there to support him. He reportedly assaulted a London pub's landlord last year and is due to face charges the same day Amy is set to perform in Manchester.

"Blake comes first in Amy’s life - everything else comes second, including her career. She doesn’t care that she has a gig that night. Nothing is going to stop her being in court with him. They plan to spend a week holed up together to prepare for the worst," said a friend of the couple. "Her family are so worried she won’t be able to cope if the worst happens. Mitch has said he wanted to get Amy away from Blake in the past - but he knows this would break her heart. We just hope she doesn’t have another breakdown."

Just weeks after checking into a rehab clinic and canceling many a concert due to reported drug alcohol problems, she even took to the stage to a standing ovation before performing "Me and Mr Jones" and "Tears Dry On Their Own."

It's also been reported that Amy confirmed recently that she is returning to the studio to begin working on a new album even as tabloid stories about her well-being continue to circulate. Addressing rumors about her health head-on, she insists, "I'm sorted out. Nothing's wrong with me. A lot of fuss has been made about nothing."

According to reports, the staff at the Jade Mountain resort in St. Lucia were horrified when they were called to the Winehouse suite. Amy had apparently violently vomited blood all over the plush $1400-per-night Caribbean room.

"There was blood and vomit all over the bathroom. It was just terrible." said one worker, according to The Mirror. Reports also say that hotel management offered to call a doctor but Winehouse refused.

All this and, earlier this week, Amy and Blake's parents lobbied for fans to boycott her music hoping to urge the pair to get help for themselves.

Rumors continue to fly about Amy Winehouse. She's reportedly gone on holiday to St. Lucia AND has taken FIVE (yes, you read that right...FIVE...5...cinco) beehives with her on the trip.

She must have a separate bag just for her hair! Why on earth would she need so many?

Stylist Alex Foden, who sorted out her hair don't when she was in rehab says “She likes her hair to be as big as possible. The bigger the better. She wanted to make sure she had enough with her to clip on, so I made her five before she left.”

Amy creates her beehives with hair extensions held in place by clips and a generous spraying of lacquer and, ironically, the extensions Alex uses are called Hair Rehab and the color Amy likes is called Paparazzi Perfect.

And, on a related rumor, Amy may not need them afterall, as she and hubby, Blake, have had enough of fantasy island and want to come home, immediately(!), despite being booked to return home on Sunday. They are trying to get a flight home as soon as possible.

Oh, if only Amy put as much work into her rehab as she does into her hair and travel.

Universal Republic Records has confirmed that Amy Winehouse will not be performing at the MTV Music Awards next month.

The troubled singer is nominated for three MTV awards including best female and was scheduled to perform at the Sept 9 ceremony in Las Vegas, but her US label has issued a statement saying all of her US appearances have been canceled "in a continued effort to support Amy Winehouse's well-being."

This is the latest setback for the 23-year-old singer and comes two days after her mother- and father-in-law urged fans not to by her music in order to help her and her husband to stop abusing drugs. Public concern also grew last week after she was reportedly involved in a bloody brawl with her husband at their London hotel that left both looking bloodied and bruised.

Is this the beginning of the end?

Reportedly, Blake Fielder-Civil's parents (aka Amy Winehouse's in-laws) are so unhappy with Amy's out-of-control behavior, they're asking fans to just say "No No No!" to purchasing her records. They feel that doing so will send a message that "her addiction and behavior are not acceptable."

Georgette and Giles Fielder-Civil, Blake's parents, told BBC Radio 5 that they believe their son and daughter-in-law are drug addicts in denial. "They both need to get medical help before one of them, if not both of them, dies," said Georgette, adding that Blake would be "very, very cross" with her for speaking publicly about their personal affairs. "We're concerned that if one of them dies, the other will die. They're a very close couple and if one dies through substance abuse, the other will commit suicide," said Giles.

Amy Winehouse & husband Blake Fielder-Civil checked into The Causeway, a private addiction treatment center after they admitted a heroin addiction to their families following Amy's overdose on a potentially deadly cocktail of booze & drugs last week.

After only 48 hours in the plush treatment facility, they quit their rehab program and left The Causeway via helicopter amid reports and returned to their Camden home and the bad influences that landed them both in rehab in the first place.

Now, it looks like, after just one night out of rehab, Amy is back in and she will not be performing at this weekend's V Festival as planned. Her spokesman said: “Amy Winehouse is putting all her touring commitments on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues. Amy will not now be performing at this weekend’s V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy’s privacy at this time. There will be no further comment.”

According to reports, Amy Winehouse and hubby Blake Fielder-Civil are now on their second honeymoon at a UK drug rehab center for alleged heroin and cocaine addiction. Reportedly, the two agreed to check into rehab after seeing their fathers come to blows over their supposed shared addictions.

So, it wasn't "severe exhaustion" that sent Amy Winehouse to the hospital last week, as reported. The new story is (as we all guessed) that it was a near overdose that did it. One report is that extremely thin and frail singer ingested a cocktail of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, the horse tranquilizer Ketamine and booze!

Speaking to The Mirror, Winehouse's mother-in-law, Georgette Fielder-Civil, said the singer had confessed to her. "She told me she was addicted to heroin and cocaine," she claimed.

Sounds like Amy and Blake are "enabling" each other's addictions. Hopefully the rehab will take and they can work themselves out of this hole they've dug.

No word, yet, on whether Amy will appear at this weekend's V Festival in London as scheduled, but according to a festival spokesperson they have heard no word from Winehouse's people about a cancellation and still expected her to play.

Reports from Chicago's Lollapalooza, held at Grant Park, are that it was 96 degrees in the shade and Amy Winhouse's beehive remained intact. It's also reported by Rolling Stone that Amy was "surprisingly undrunk" as she performed songs from her most recent album, Back To Black, with tracks from her first album, Frank. She even threw in a cover of Sam Cooke’s “Cupid” for fun. New husband Blake Fielder-Civil shot some footage from the side of the stage as she performed.

Universal has reportedly threatened to sue any US store that sells Amy's first album, Frank, which is currently only available in the US as a European import. Universal is hoping for top sales when it releases the album in a US version on November 7.
