Now, I know Hollywood types aren't usually into book learnin' and whatnot, but they might want to stand up and take notice of Terri Seymour. This chick dated Simon Cowell for about five years, and he reportedly bought her a $4.5 million house as a parting gift when they broke up. Yeah, and you thought it was sweet when your man sent flowers to your office.

Seriously, Terri here is onto something and could teach some of these Hollywood hobags how things are done.
