Sharon Osbourne told X-Factor execs to peace the hell out, leaving an opening for her former position. Word on the street is that Simon Cowell wants Mel B. to take the job over Charlotte Church and Cheryl Cole. Apparently, Mel has been offered around $1 million to take the job.

So, should she take it?
