Lindsay Lohan has has some rough times over the past year or so, but it looks like she's finally back to work. Here she is, shooting scenes for her new movie Labor Pains and looking relatively hot.

Speaking of the Lohan clan, have you guys seen that reality show her mom and sister are on? It's a hot mess and I can't get enough of it!
