Supermodel Janice Dickinson shopped at Ted Baker in West Hollywood today, posed with a fan outside the store and strolled down Robertson Blvd. making a new friend who, according to those on the scene, she declared is now her lesbian lover. She then agreed to let a cameraman ride along with her as she left.
