Phoebe Price lunched with her mom and dog today at Joan's on 3rd in Los Angeles and drew quite a few stares from passersby because of her revealing outfit.

Wow, Effie! Sounds like you may have some issues, girl. A lot of people certainly seem to read negativity into every little thing. Those people need help! There's nothing negative in this post. It just says she drew some attention. Maybe it was revealing at some point. Were you there? If not, hush! And, of course, if you know anything about Phoebe, you know she LOVES attention. And deservedly so!
She does look great, though, as usual. I'll agree with you there!
