"Jackass" star Steve-O, aka Stephen Glover, was reportedly arrested on vandalism charges today when a neighbor found him breaking holes in the walls of his LA apartment building. The neighbor even went so far as to make a citizen's arrest, holding Steve-O until the LAPD arrived to take him away.
