It's reported that Jennifer Lopez received an extravagant "push present" from husband Marc Anthony after giving birth to twins. A push present is a gift, usually jewelry, that is given to a woman celebrating the birth of a child.

What did J Lo get? Anthony gave her an eight-carat canary diamond ring and, rightly so, Lopez was thrilled! But, given that she gave birth to twins, perhaps earrings would have been more appropriate?
