Joan Collins has officially joined the cool club by buying a West Hollywood condo. Collins and her much younger hubby, Percy Gibson, have snapped up a 27th floor unit in the trendy Sierra Towers for $2.7m. Not only is it the one-time home of Lindsay Lohan and the current home of Elton John, Cher and Matthew Perry (to name a few), but it is also on the cool list according to the sales website. It say that the building has "acquired a cool quotient" in recent times. Collins bought a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pad that has an eat-in kitchen and floor to ceiling walls of glass. Sierra Towers boasts plenty of amenities for it's residents including a 6th floor heated pool, his and her locker rooms, spa, 24/7 security, valet and porters.

Joan's always been cool but dropping 2.7 million on a Sierra Towers condo, well that just raises the stakes doesn't it.
