Hip Hop mogul Russell Simmons wore a walking cast on his left foot recently as he headed home after a yoga class in Miami Beach. He was in town with his children and model girlfriend, Porschla Coleman, and said that his ex-wife, Kimora Lee Simmons', event at the Market America Leadership School the day before went very well.
