What would Fashion Week be without at least one of the Hilton sisters in attendance? Nicky Hilton made quite the fashion statement in her PVC leggings as she headed to an event yesterday. She and a friend headed to an event hand-in-hand and Nicky stopped and playfully posed for a photo with a fan.
