Lindsay Lohan is back in Italy. This time, she's in Milan for Fashion Week. She got in some shopping today (for clothes, not men, it seemed) with friends in the center of Milan and at H&M in corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main shopping street in the city. She also took in some sites, including Milan's cathedral, the Duomo.
