If reports are to be believed, there could soon be a mini-paparazzi as a permanent part of the Spears family! According to her "boyfriend" Adnan Ghalib, Britney is pregnant with their child. The Birmingham raised photographer, who is also said to be doing a tell all book about the pop star, has been quoted as boasting that Brit has "a baby Brummie in her tummy". Britney certainly has been looking a little heavier of late....pregnant or not? You decide!
