We got some exclusive shots of Brooke Hogan filming the 5th series of the VH1 hit show "Hogan Knows Best" on Miami Beach today. The previous episodes featured the whole Hogan family but since Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda are reportedly in the midst of a divorce.......the new show, we hear, will now mainly focus on Hulk's 19 year old daughter. The aspiring singer is currently working on a new album and recent accounts are that she is going through a tough time, especially since word broke that pappa Hogan may of had an affair with one of her friends, 33 year old Christiane Plante. Brooke is also set to appear in ABC's new reality competition America's Prom Queen, which is set to premiere in the spring.

Lauren Conrad was filming a sequence for the faux reality show, The Hills, today on Robertson Blvd in LA. She ate and drank and practiced lots of different facial expressions but for me the best part of it all is when filming wrapped and she hooked up with her adorable puppy. Penn Jillette, one-half of the famous Penn & Teller team, is the next unlikely celebrity to join to the ranks of the hit TV show, Dancing With The Stars. Now, the guy is head and shoulders above everyone else, standing 6'6" in his socks, so this I've gotta see! Prince Harry has hung up his party shoes and put on his combat boots and headed to the front lines in Afghanistan. Everyone involved, even his comrades, were sworn to secrecy when he was deployed 10 weeks ago. Harry, who is third in line to the throne serves with the Blues and Royals as part of a group called the JTAC. "As far as I'm concerned I'm out here as a normal JTAC on the ground and not as Prince Harry" he said. The red-headed son of the late Princess Diana, adds "At the end of the day I like to sort of be a normal person, and for once I think this is about as normal as I'm ever going to get."

According to reports, the DEA are investigating two doctors who prescribed drugs to Heath Ledger before his death. Documents from the NYPD and Medical Examiner's office have been subpoenaed. The two doctors, one in California and one in Texas reportedly supplied the Brokeback Mountain star with the painkillers Oxycontin and Vicodin. Authorities are checking to see if the drugs were prescribed illegally.

The New York City medical examiner's report said that Ledger's death was an accidental overdose of six prescription drugs, including the two painkillers, sleeping pills and anti-anxiety medication.

Mischa Barton's DUI case was heard in court today in Beverly Hills with her Attorney, Anthony V. Salerno, present on her behalf. Salerno told the gathered media that the case was proceeding in a standard fashion and that Mischa was taking it all very seriously but is pretty relieved with how it is all unfolding. Barton was arrested last December and has been charged with four separate misdemeanors including; driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a license and possession of marijuana (under an ounce).

Salerno said that he expects that the DUI will be treated as a standard first offence and will carry a fine of approximately $1600, court probation and a 3 month DUI program. The driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction and that the marijuana possession, being such a small amount, will be dismissed altogether...... he hopes. Salerno also said that after years of having no license, The OC star is now working towards getting one. "She was born in England, moved to NY and didn't really drive that much," explained her attorney.

It's reported that former "O.C." star Mischa Barton has been charged by the L.A. District Attorney with four misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of.08% or higher, driving without a license and possession of marijuana (under an ounce). The charges stem from her December 27 arrest when she was determined to be an unlicensed driver after being pulled over in West Hollywood for straddling two lanes of traffic and failing to signal when making a turn.

It's the end of an Era for the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. It's reported that Jackson's Neverland Ranch is going on the auction block. The ranch has been foreclosed upon and is set to be sold at auction on March 19. Michael Jackson received word on Monday from Financial Title Company that unless he pays off the remaining $24.5 million, they will move forward with the public auction that will include not only the house but all personal property, fixtures, appliances, furniture inside as well as any remaining rides - every single item on the estate.
