Rihanna spent the day yesterday shopping and getting a new tattoo! The Good Girl Gone Bad shopped at two clothing boutiques, Diavolina and Opening Ceremony, before heading off to the Body Electric tattoo shop on Melrose Avenue in LA. Although she covered up after her new ink, the sexy singer was spotted getting a tattoo on the back of her neck.
