I guess "Sexual Health Svengali" Adnan Ghalib's teachings didn't do much for Britney Spears. She was seen yesterday getting a bit of new inspiration for her love life at the Hustler Store in West Hollywood. Adnan, "Britney's Big Kahuna", was recently reported to be a reviewer of sexual health products for "SexHealthReview."
