Britney Spears toned it down a bit yesterday as she and new paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib went to Ralph's in Studio City, CA for a bit of grocery shopping. It must have been quite an exhilarating experience for Brit, though, as it seems she had to have a cigarette afterwards.
