Fellow celebrity Justin Chambers who plays Dr. Alex Karev on "Grey's Anatomy," checked himself in earlier this week. According to reports, Chambers was "exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder. He went in voluntarily to get some help."

Reports are circulating that heartbroken Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole has turned to Spice Girl and fellow WAG Victoria Beckham to help her through some marital problems with her soccer-star husband Ashley Cole.

The 24-year-old Cheryl has reportedly moved out of her home and is taking a break from her marriage and her career with Girls Aloud since hairdresser Aimee Walton claimed she was offered money for an abortion following a one-night stand with Ashley. And, since those claims surfaced, two more women have come forward to say they have also slept with Cole.

Victoria went through a similar ordeal when Rebecca Loos claimed she had an affair with her husband, David Beckham, in 2004. So, who better to ask for advice?

Cole and Beckham have had several phone conversations while Cheryl takes a break from her marriage. According to the reports, "Victoria was really upset when she heard what happened, and wanted Cheryl to know she was there for her....She stuck by her man and got through it, and she just wanted to tell Cheryl that she could get through it too. While the claims against David were never proved, Ashley might have a tougher time clearing his name after this one."

Britney Spears was rushed to the hospital again last night for her second mental health evaluation within a month. She has reportedly been placed on a 5150 hold -- a 72-hour confinement of a person deemed a danger to themselves or others. This happened following reports that the singer had not slept for approximately 60 hours. An ambulance, a motorcade of police and a separate car with Britney's mother Lynne and Britney's on-again paparazzi boyfriend Adnand Ghalib followed the motorcade to the UCLA Medical Center from the troubled star's gated community at approximately 1:30 a.m. today.

Avril Lavigne and hubby Deryck Whibley got the party started while on vacation in Miami Beach with Avril's older brother Matt and his girlfriend. The foursome wreaked havoc on the beach while partying, drinking cocktails and even stealing a golf cart! They also sunbathed and lounged in the pool before they headed out for a sunset walk on the beach. Avril and her Sum 41 rocker husband appeared still very much in love, kissing and cuddling the entire time they were together. In the end, they did return the golf cart to a very angry owner, but once he realized who had stolen it, he let them off!

Recent reports indicate that Adnan Ghalib, ex-paparazzi boyfriend of troubled Britney Spears, is listed as a reviewer on a men's sexual health products website "SexHealthReview" which states it was set up for men who can be "overwhelmed with stress, work, poor diet, and being drained where it hurts the most." Ghalib's image appears as one of twelve men on the test panel and states his occupation as "Filmmaker." Thought this would be an interesting opportunity to reveal the truth to many men worldwide." It's reported that a small memorial service was held for Heath Ledger last night at Westwood Village Memorial Park in LA. The brief service was held around 8:00 on a rainy night in Los Angeles. According to the reports, attendees at the service included Heath's immediate family and a small group of friends including former girlfriend Naomi Watts.

Heath's body is now en-route to his native Australia and no public memorial has been planned for LA.

Heath Ledger is set to make his final journey. His body was moved from the NY funeral home yesterday and said to be on its way to Australia. A private ceremony is being kept under wraps back in his home country and a memorial is said to be scheduled for friends in Los Angeles this weekend. Mary Kate Olsen, who was rumored to be casually dating Heath during the three months prior to his death, has released a statement saying, "Heath was a friend. His death is a tragic loss. My thoughts are with his family."
