Hilary Duff started her Christmas shopping today and was all over LA. Hope those kinky boots of hers were made comfy for lots of walking! Among her stops were Fred Segal, Maxfield's and Chrome Hearts. Hilary recently made the news for being on the Forbes' 20 Richest Under 25 list. She came in at #7 with a measley $12 million.
