The Broadway Hollywood that sits on the Walk of Fame is THE hot new Hollywood must-have real estate. Celebrities who have reportedly purchased in the one-time department store include Charlize Theron, Wilmer Valderrama, Danny Masterson and Emma Heming. Theron is said to have purchased a top-floor loft unit for around $2m. Masterson and Valderrama will be living opposite each other on the 6th floor along with Hemming. The Broadway Hollywood is described as a period building with modern updates. It has 20 foot high ceilings and views of Griffith Park and the Hollywood Sign. It also boasts a luxuriant lobby, corridors with inlaid marble flooring, valet parking, a restaurant, swimming pool, sun deck and lounging cabanas, plus a fitness center. The fact that is it walking distance to all the nightclubs is just a bonus.
