Dec 3, 07 03:17 PM"High School Musical" sweetheart Vanessa Hudgens took time out of her busy schedule over the weekend to give back for charity. Hudgens visited the "Ocean Drive" magazine offices in Miami Beach to film a segment in front of the Audi RS4 art car that Romero Britto, a Brazillian pop-artist, transformed into a work of art for the official automotive sponsor of Art Chicago. It was be the centerpiece of a live auction benefiting Best Buddies International, a non-profit organization founded by Anthony Kennedy Shriver. Britto is a longtime supporter and friend of Best Buddies.
Best Buddies International is a groundbreaking nonprofit founded in 1989 by Anthony K. Shriver to enhance the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by providing the opportunity for one-to-one friendships and integrated employment. Best Buddies Jobs assists individuals to locate and maintain jobs of their own choosing by providing ongoing support and training. Best Buddies Jobs has found employment for over 100 individuals in the Miami, Boston and Los Angeles areas.
