Reports are that Lindsay Lohan, seen here leaving The Ivy yesterday, has replaced her alcohol and drug addiction with an addiction to shopping. She's been seen frequenting West Hollywood boutiques since returning from a two-month stay at Utah's luxury rehab facility 'Le Cirque" and psychologists say that many patients who struggle with addiction often replace subtances they've abused with compulsive behaviors like shopping.
