Phoebe Price doesn't seem to be famous for much of anything, yet she's everywhere. She is a shameless self-promoter and it works. She reportedly has a personal shopper that tips her off on the latest celeb garb so she can show up in similar outfits hoping to be compared in magazines. It's not cheap but you know what they say: You have to spend it to make it. Between picking just the right dresses, practicing poses and glances and critiquing each and every photo, she's learned exactly how to make a career out of being a non-famous celebrity.
