Does Britney even care how she looks when she's seen in public? Based upon recent sightings, my guess is no. Check out that hair!!! Britney needs to make an appointment with Paris to check out her new Dreamweaver extensions. Ms. Hilton's extensions never looked like that!

Brit paid a visit to the children's boutique Bel Bambini yesterday in West Hollywood and was escorted out of the shop with the help of the police and a shop assistant to her new Mercedes SL65 AMG. By the looks of the bag, she bought the kids some new shoes.
