Britney Spears' attorney Anne Kiley attended a regularly scheduled custody hearing today at Los Angeles Superior Court. Also on hand for the hearing was Kevin Federline's private investigator. Neither Spears nor Federline were on hand at the courthouse for the sessions. It's reported that among the topics discussed at the closed session was a vacation schedule for the holidays including talks about whether Spears will be allowed to take the kids to Palm Springs or San Diego and if so, for how long.
