This is the booking photo provided by Florida's Pinellas County Sheriff's Office of Maribel Liliana Delgado (also known as Mary Delgado). She was arrested and taken into custody just after midnight on November 21 on a battery charge and was under the influence of alcohol when she was arrested, according to a police affidavit. Charges were she punched her fiance from the show, Byron Velvick, in the mouth. Delgado met Velvick on the sixth season of "The Bachelor" in 2005 which ended in Velvick proposing marriage to her. The couple has yet to wed and has delayed wedding plans several times but have remained engaged over the last three years.
