The Osbourne family are set to auction off more than 500 lots of furnishings, art and memorabilia from their homes in Beverly Hills (recently sold to Christina Aguilera), Malibu and their Buckinghamshire mansion in England. The two-day sale will be held at the Gibson Guitar Showroom in Beverly Hills, November 30th and December 1st. Proceeds from the sale of the memorabilia, jewelry, costumes, paintings, furniture will, in part, go to benefit The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Items include a bat winged coat belonging to Ozzy, cars, dresses, crosses, paintings, furniture and gothic ornaments.

Pink didn't look so "pink" yesterday as she and hubby Carey Hart enjoyed lunch yesterday at Joan's on Third in LA. She's changed her look a bit donning a babydoll dress, high heels and a darker hairdo. She did throw in a grungy leather jacket to keep it real, though.

Sharlely reportedly insists that she still loves Becker but will never forgive him for the cowardly way in which he ended their three-year relationship. Prince William's on-again, off-again girlfriend Kate Middleton acted very evasive with our photographer today as she was snapped with an unknown male in London's Chelsea. As soon as our snapper grabbed a frame of the pair they panicked and split up. Kate rushed to her car and was out of sight in minutes.

Anna Nicole Smith would have been 40 years old today. Our thoughts are with her family as they remember her on this day.

Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead are each remembering Anna Nicole in their own way. Stern says, "My only wish is that Anna is celebrating her 40th birthday with Daniel and Howard (Marshall) in heaven and that they are able to experience the beautiful development of Dannielynn from above. Then I know that she would truly be at peace. She was more extraordinary than words can describe. I will never stop loving her."

Birkhead, who cares for their daughter Dannielynn, said, "We will have a private family celebration to remember Anna. Time still hasn't healed the wound of her untimely passing, as she truly was one of a kind...We miss her dearly."

Gene Simmons, Carrot Top, Danny Bonaduce and Corey Feldman got wild on the red carpet at the "Gene Simmons Roast," last night. The evening, hosted by comedian Jeffrey Ross, was a benefit for Wounded Warriors and featured "roasts" by celebs and comedians including: Brian Poshen, Dave Navarro, Craig Gass, Eddie Griffin, Fred Armisen, Jim Norton, John Heffron, Lisa Lampanelli, Ralphie May, Shannon Tweed and Steve O. As usual for a "roast" Simmons was targeted by a panel, selected from his peers and some current comedians, who pointed out some of the more humorous points of his personal and professional life. The "Gene Simmons Roast" will air on A&E sometime in April 2008.

Well, if you didn't expect it you must have been hiding under a rock. It's reported that Amy Winehouse, whose performances have gotten worse and worse over the last month or so has now canceled all remaining appearances for the rest of the year. According to the reports, she's looked even more frail than usual lately and has been nearly incoherent in recent performances and it's all (or mostly!) due to her hubby Blake's incarceration on charges of interfering with an investigation. Blake is reportedly being held in prison until January.

Winehouse said in an interview "I can't give it my all onstage without my Blake. I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly. I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."

If any of you have tickets, don't worry, you'll get a refund.

Mel B began her routine by jumping onto boyfriend Stephen Belafonte's lap only to be pulled back on the dance floor by Maxim. Mel's fellow Spicegirls were also in the crowd to support her.

And, after stopping in at the shoe boutique Diavolina to try on some hats and sunglasses and buy some new shoes, she headed off to meet her sister Nicky and BFF, the very pregnant Nicole Richie, for lunch at Forte in Beverly Hills. The lunch date followed rumors that Paris had leaked photos from Nicole's baby shower last week. Paris has reportedly denied that she shopped around the shots of her "Simple Life" co-star's shower.

Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx was at the Los Angeles Superior Court today to continue proceedings determining how assets should be split up in his divorce from Playboy Playmate and former "Baywatch" beauty Donna D'Errico. During the last hearing on November 9, D'Errico complained of breathing problems and asked for a break to use the restroom where she was later found passed out on the floor. Paramedics were called but D'Errico later walked out unassisted and said that her breathing difficulties were related to asthmatic bronchitis aggravated by recent wildfires near her home.

She was arrested and taken into custody just after midnight on November 21 on a battery charge and was under the influence of alcohol when she was arrested, according to a police affidavit. Charges were she punched her fiance from the show, Byron Velvick, in the mouth. Delgado met Velvick on the sixth season of "The Bachelor" in 2005 which ended in Velvick proposing marriage to her. The couple has yet to wed and has delayed wedding plans several times but have remained engaged over the last three years.

Britney Spears' attorney Anne Kiley attended a regularly scheduled custody hearing today at Los Angeles Superior Court. Also on hand for the hearing was Kevin Federline's private investigator. Neither Spears nor Federline were on hand at the courthouse for the sessions. It's reported that among the topics discussed at the closed session was a vacation schedule for the holidays including talks about whether Spears will be allowed to take the kids to Palm Springs or San Diego and if so, for how long.

Amy Winehouse, seen here leaving her London home for a gig last night, looks like she's in shock and, with the day she had yesterday along with the current situation with her husband, I can see why.

The troubled singer's hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, has reportedly been denied bail after appearing in court yesterday. Blake, 25, and another man, Michael Brown, were due to stand trial this month charged with inflicting serious bodily harm on a pub landlord in East London in June last year but their trial has been delayed because of Fielder-Civil's recent arrest for conspiracy to distort the course of justice. At the hearing, Blake was denied bail and remanded in custody until January 18.

2007's Sexiest Man Alive, Matt Damon, worked on keeping the title with his dad, Kent, in Miami Beach earlier this week and sure picked the perfect spot to jog just before Thanksgiving. The father and son team ran together down by the beach in Miami's South Beach but Damon's dad, a former stock broker, could only keep up for half the jaunt. The Oscar-winning actor got to the finish line a couple of minutes ahead of his dad and was, of course, sporting a Boston Red Sox hat to support his favorite team.

It's recently been reported that rocker Rod Stewart's model wife Penny Lancaster had back surgery prior to joining the UK show "Strictly Come Dancing" and used the show as a type of rehabilitation to aid in healing. She was booted in week six and said she didn't tell fans about the operation so she would be judged fairly on her dancing ability and not her disability from the surgery.

Penny reportedly had the procedure prior to dancing to fix a slipped disc in her spine. Doctors warned that if she didn't have the surgery, it may lead to paralysis if left untreated. Penny says she's happy to be able to walk at all and, that the muscles in her left foot aren't quite back to full working order which may have contributed to her struggling with the high-energy routine that led to her being voted off the show. "I may have been eliminated ... but the training and dancing was the best form of rehabilitation and healing," she said.
