The Osbourne family are set to auction off more than 500 lots of furnishings, art and memorabilia from their homes in Beverly Hills (recently sold to Christina Aguilera), Malibu and their Buckinghamshire mansion in England. The two-day sale will be held at the Gibson Guitar Showroom in Beverly Hills, November 30th and December 1st. Proceeds from the sale of the memorabilia, jewelry, costumes, paintings, furniture will, in part, go to benefit The Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at the Samuel Oschin Comprehensive Cancer Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Items include a bat winged coat belonging to Ozzy, cars, dresses, crosses, paintings, furniture and gothic ornaments.

Well, if you didn't expect it you must have been hiding under a rock. It's reported that Amy Winehouse, whose performances have gotten worse and worse over the last month or so has now canceled all remaining appearances for the rest of the year. According to the reports, she's looked even more frail than usual lately and has been nearly incoherent in recent performances and it's all (or mostly!) due to her hubby Blake's incarceration on charges of interfering with an investigation. Blake is reportedly being held in prison until January.

Winehouse said in an interview "I can't give it my all onstage without my Blake. I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly. I love singing. My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."

Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx was at the Los Angeles Superior Court today to continue proceedings determining how assets should be split up in his divorce from Playboy Playmate and former "Baywatch" beauty Donna D'Errico. During the last hearing on November 9, D'Errico complained of breathing problems and asked for a break to use the restroom where she was later found passed out on the floor. She was arrested and taken into custody just after midnight on November 21 on a battery charge and was under the influence of alcohol when she was arrested, according to a police affidavit. Charges were she punched her fiance from the show, Byron Velvick, in the mouth. Delgado met Velvick on the sixth season of "The Bachelor" in 2005 which ended in Velvick proposing marriage to her. The couple has yet to wed and has delayed wedding plans several times but have remained engaged over the last three years.

Britney Spears' attorney Anne Kiley attended a regularly scheduled custody hearing today at Los Angeles Superior Court. Also on hand for the hearing was Kevin Federline's private investigator. Neither Spears nor Federline were on hand at the courthouse for the sessions. It's reported that among the topics discussed at the closed session was a vacation schedule for the holidays including talks about whether Spears will be allowed to take the kids to Palm Springs or San Diego and if so, for how long.

The troubled singer's hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, has reportedly been denied bail after appearing in court yesterday. Blake, 25, and another man, Michael Brown, were due to stand trial this month charged with inflicting serious bodily harm on a pub landlord in East London in June last year but their trial has been delayed because of Fielder-Civil's recent arrest for conspiracy to distort the course of justice. At the hearing, Blake was denied bail and remanded in custody until January 18.

It's recently been reported that rocker Rod Stewart's model wife Penny Lancaster had back surgery prior to joining the UK show "Strictly Come Dancing" and used the show as a type of rehabilitation to aid in healing. She was booted in week six and said she didn't tell fans about the operation so she would be judged fairly on her dancing ability and not her disability from the surgery.

Penny reportedly had the procedure prior to dancing to fix a slipped disc in her spine. Doctors warned that if she didn't have the surgery, it may lead to paralysis if left untreated. Penny says she's happy to be able to walk at all and, that the muscles in her left foot aren't quite back to full working order which may have contributed to her struggling with the high-energy routine that led to her being voted off the show. "I may have been eliminated ... but the training and dancing was the best form of rehabilitation and healing," she said.

Spanish star Alejandro Sanz rocked the Pearl Theater at the Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas last night. It's reported that the Latin Grammy-nominated singer was recently forced to postpone a November concert in Venezuela after the government blocked him from using a state-controlled stadium as his venue because of past criticism of Venezulan President Hugo Chavez.

According to the reports, Sanz was responding to questions about Chavez in 2004 and said: "I don't like your president. I don't like those from other places either."

The Venezuelan government has reportedly said it will allow Sanz, who is immensely popular in the country, to perform at a private venue and the already-sold-out show has tentatively been rescheduled for February 14, 2008. His concert promoter is currently searching for a new venue.

His partner, Jennie Garth, was voted off the show last night leaving Mel B, Helio Castroneves and Marie Osmond in the semi-finals. Also at Hyde last night, perhaps helping to console Derek, were Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Sabrina Bryan and Mark Ballas. Derek's sister, Julianne Hough, who is still in the running on the show partnered with Helio Castroneves, was not at Hyde when we found the group but we did run into her at the Greenblats Deli nearby.

Picture it...Los Angeles...2007. Dessarae Bradford walks innocently near Sunset Blvd. at 11:30 p.m. when a guy in a truck pulls over and chats her up for almost a half hour before arresting her for prostitution (GASP!) and hauling the 32-year-old down to the Hollywood station.

Reports are that this is exactly what took place last night. Who is Dessarae Bradford, you ask? She was central in a scandal with Colin Farrell some time ago. She wrote a book about him titled "Colin Farrell: Dark Twisted Puppy."

Bradford declared in a statement after the arrest that she is "innosent of all charges" [sic]. She says she feels "absolutely violated and tramatised" [sic] and she intends to sue the LAPD.

How she wrote a book, I have no idea. She obviously doesn't even know how to use spell check!

Reports are that there is almost no way the seemingly unstoppable duo of Melanie "Scary Spice" Brown and Maksim Chmerkovskiy won't be in the "Dancing with the Stars" finals. Mike Tyson appeared in Mesa, Arizona Superior Court today and was sentenced to 24 hours in jail and three years' probation for drug possession and DUI. The former heavyweight champion pleaded guilty in September to a single felony count of cocaine possession and a misdemeanor DUI count. "I take responsibility for my actions," Tyson told the judge in an almost inaudible voice before she handed down the sentence. He's due to begin serving his sentence tomorrow.

It's reported that Irish-born actor Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, who is no stranger to rehab, was arrested at the airport in Dublin yesterday and charged with two public order offences: drunk and disorderly conduct and a breach of the peace.

Reports say that the 30-year-old Meyers was charged at a police station and released on cash bail to appear in court next month. Spokespeople for the police department have refused to comment saying it was not police policy to identify anybody charged until they appear in court.

Britney Spears paid a visit to Petco with her cute little Yorkshire Terrier puppy, London, earlier today. It has been reported that a judge has ordered Britney not to drive with her children in the car but I guess a small furry friend doesn't count.

Speaking of furry, is it just me or does Brit's hair get bigger and more furry looking by the day? Reports are that she's flaked on all responsibilities and obligations related to promoting her new album and has turned down all kinds of advertising and promotion deals so you'd think she would have plenty of time on her hands to visit a stylist. The LA Auto Show got a little bling this year with a Mercedes SL covered in diamonds. The bejeweled car was proudly on display but the price tag was kept under wraps. New eco-friendly cars were all the rage at the show including Honda's new FCX Clarity fuel cell vehicle. Luxury and sports cars were also in plentiful supply as usual. This year saw the revival of the Chevrolet Camaro along with the return of an auto show favorite, the $500,000 Mercedes SLR McLaren Roadster.

It's reported that Japanese authorities have issued an arrest warrant for actress Hayden Panettiere as a result of her Save the Whales protest. The "Heroes" star was part of a group protest attempting to prevent the slaughter of a group of whales and dolphins by fisherman near Taiji in southwestern Japan. The activists, including Panettiere, were involved in a confrontation with fishermen as they paddled on surfboards trying to reach a pod of dolphins before it was driven into a cove and slaughtered.

Reportedly, the fishermen used the boats propellers to slow the activists' progress on the boards and even lashed out at them with a large boat hook, eventually forcing them to return to shore.

According to the reports, Hayden doesn't know what repercussions the arrest warrant will bring but says "I'd do it again...I was very excited that people were interested in what we did."

Lohan did her time...a total of 84 minutes...after she plead guilty to DUI and cocaine possession charges. She was booked at 10:30 a.m. and was released at 11:54 a.m. Other famous residents at the jail in recent months have included Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly bought their own private island in Nhakeel's "The World" project in Dubai. The celebrity couple has purchased one of the artificial islands with a view towards turning it into a showpiece for environmental issues with the hope that it will encourage people to live a "greener life," the web site said.

The World will consist of between 250 to 300 smaller private artificial islands in the shape of a map of the world divided into four categories - private homes, estate homes, dream resorts and community islands. Each island will range from 250,000 to 900,000 square feet in size, with 50 to 100 metres of water between each island. The development is to cover an area of 9 kilometers in length and 6 kilometers in width, surrounded by an oval shaped breakwater. The only means of transportation between the islands will be by marine transport.

Amy Winehouse, seen here in happier times, bid a tearful farewell to her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil as he was carted off to jail in handcuffs yesterday. "I want to go with him," she exclaimed, "Baby, I love you. Baby, I'll be fine."

Blake was arrested last night in London on suspicion of attempting to disrupt a trial, scheduled for next week, in which he was to stand with another man for allegedly assaulting a pub barman who was left needing metal plates in his face. Allegations are that $400,000 was to be paid to a key witness to keep a distance from the case and refuse to provide evidence.

If convicted, the maximum sentence Blake could receive for the offense is life in prison. Three other London men were also arrested in connection with the plot and all four are scheduled for interrogation by detectives today.

The group was arrested just hours after police raided Amy and Blake's Camden home, having apparently been tipped off about the alleged plot.

Bad-boy actor Mickey Rourke was arrested at 9.30 a.m. this morning on DUI charges while driving his green scooter in Miami's South Beach. According to reports, Rourke made a U-turn with red light at 12th and Washington at 4 a.m. after leaving the C. Madeleine's Fashion Show. Rourke was booked at the Miami-Dade Pre-trial Detention Center and held on $1,000 bond. According to the arrest report, he had a flushed face and bloodshot and watery eyes and that his speech was slurred when he was pulled over within a block of leaving the show and told the police officer, "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much."

It's been reported that Amy Winehouse's London home was raided today at approximately 5:00 p.m. London time. And, during the raid, the police brought in video equipment and cameras which likely means they found what they were looking for.

While Amy's husband, Blake, left an hour or so before the raid, Amy was reported to be out wandering around near her house and is now believed to be with her father.

The reports also state that Blake is almost certain to go to jail on GBH charges that were brought against him on Monday and Amy's dad hopes that she'll be able to get herself together while Blakes in the slammer.

Wrestler Hulk Hogan's son, Nick Hogan, 17, was arrested this morning in Clearwater, Florida stemming from an August car crash that left his passenger and friend John Graziano, a Marine who had just completed a tour of duty in Iraq, hospitalized, reportedly in a coma. Graziano, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, may have also suffered brain damage caused by swelling of his brain. Hogan is now facing several criminal charges, including third-degree felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. Police also cited the younger Hogan, whose real name is Nick Bollea, for use of a motor vehicle in commission of a felony, being under the age of 21 and operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of 0.02 percent or higher and illegal window tint. The Clearwater police arrest report released this morning reports that Hogan was racing a second car, before the crash, at speeds of over 60 mph through the 40-mph zone, which was wet from recent rains. Despite being a minor at the time of the accident, Hogan will be tried on the charge as an adult. While investigators concluded that the actions of the other car's driver were not a contributing factor in the crash, Daniel Jacobs, the 22-year-old driver of a second car, which investigators have concluded was racing Hogan's car at the time of the crash, is also being issued a summons to appear in court for reckless driving.

Babyshambles singer and Kate Moss ex Pete Doherty has released a statement apologizing to what's left of his fan base after a new video has turned up that shows him shooting up heroin again. In the statement, Dodgy Pete reveals that he's going to rehab...again.

“Peter sadly relapsed last week and is now looking to check himself back into a rehab clinic so that he can try to continue the hitherto excellent attempts he had made to break free of heroin,” his record label, EMI, said in a statement. “His ongoing rehabilitation was a source of such pride to him that Peter and those closest to him thought that he was close to winning his personal battle with the drug.”

According to EMI, Doherty regards the incident as “a stupid, stupid action for which
I feel only shame.”

Doherty also said in the statement that he “would like to apologize to the medical staff, fans and well-wishers who have helped and encouraged his progress in fighting his addiction to heroin.”

Hayden Panettiere payed a visit to the Thibiant Spa in Beverly Hills yesterday. The "Heroes" actress is currently in the news for taking part in a peaceful protest in Japan at an annual Dolphin hunt. Panettiere joined the animal rights activist group Sea Shepherd in the protest. Fishermen on a boat approached the activists and ordered them to leave, shoving some of them with a long pole. "This baby stuck its head out and kind of looked as us, and the thought that the baby is no longer with us is very difficult," said Panettiere.

Husband and wife pop stars Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez perform at American Airlines Arena on their first concert tour together, which ends at the South Florida venue. The couple have still yet to go public that they are reportedly expecting their first child together. Over three nights of concerts, singer/actress Lopez and her husband, Grammy-winning singer Anthony, perform separate sets of their own respective material during the show, culminating with the pair appearing for another set together. Each will perform songs in both English and Spanish, a nod to the cross-cultural popularity of both performers. Lopez released her first all-Spanish album, "Como Ana una Mujer," in March. Anthony's most recent studio effort is the just-released soundtrack to the film El Cantante, which he also starred in, portraying Puerto Rican singer Hector Lavoe. Lopez co-starred as Lavoe's wife.

A dollar from each concert ticket sold will benefit Run for Something Better, a childhood fitness program created by the tour's sponsor, global financial services company ING. Concertgoers also had the opportunity to donate to the campaign in person at each venue.

In the film, Drew Barrymore stars as the voice of Chloe, a posh Chihuahua who finds herself lost and in need of help to get back home. South of the Border is due in US theaters on August 8, 2008.
