Reports are that Mexican pop star Paula Rubio's request to become a U.S. resident has been denied due to medical test results that came back positive for drug use.
According to the reports, she won't be able to legally apply for residency again for three years due to testing positive for marijuana use. Her husband, Nicolas Vallejo, also tested positive for marijuana along with cocaine and ecstasy.
