Former child star and singer Leif Garrett was all smiles as he left the nightclub Hyde in West Hollywood last night. He must have recovered from the soreness he experienced when appearing on CMT's "Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge" in August. He quit the show after only one episode due to the pain and his lack of desire to continue. Who can blame him?
