Things are going extremely well for Spice Girl Mel B. She and her hubby, Stephen Belafonte, enjoyed an evening out at the nightclub Hyde in West Hollywood last night. Mel wowed the judges with her quick-step routine on this week's episode of "Dancing with the Stars" gaining the usual marks for her efforts. She said before her performance, "I want to show America I can be a lady. I'm going from Scary Spice to Lady Spice." Mission accomplished!
Meanwhile, it's been reported that tickets for the sole London show on the Spice Girls comeback tour sold out in 38 seconds yesterday. Demand was so overwhelming (more than one million people in Britain registered for the show) that organizers added three more London dates to the tour.
The five original Spice Girls - Scary, Sporty, Ginger, Posh and Baby - will kick off their worldwide reunion tour on December 2 in Vancouver, their first since Geri Halliwell quit in May 1998, with a December 15 concert scheduled at London's O2 arena. Organizers added London concerts on December 16 and 18 and January 2 to the tour.
