Reports are that Kid Rock was arrested in Atlanta early this morning after allegedly getting into a brawl at a DeKalb County Waffle House.
Rock and five members of his entourage were reportedly taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery after a woman with the Kid was recognized by another customer. The customer and Kid exchanged words and the scene escalated into a parking lot fight.
The customer was charged with one felony count of second degree criminal property damage for allegedly smashing a window causing over $500 in damage. Damage over that amount constitutes a felony in Georgia.
Kid Rock posted bail early this evening and signed autographs for fans as he headed out of the DeKalb County jail on his way back to his tour bus.
