Britney Spears headed to a medical facility for another random drug test yesterday (with her dog?!?). Police were called to keep photographers at bay when Britney left the building. Britney filed an emergency court motion seeking to expand visitation rights with her children who are currently with her ex, Kevin Federline, indefinitely. It's reported that she will not attend the hearing scheduled for this morning at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
