Former "Prison Break" star, actor Lane Garrison has reportedly been sentenced to 40 months in prison for the death of Vahagn Setian. The 17-year-old Setian was a passenger in Garrison's car while he was reportedly driving drunk and high. Two other passengers were not critically injured. Lane was also ordered to pay restition of $300,000 to the victims' families.

Eliminated on last night's "Dancing with the Stars" results show, Cheetah Girl Sabrina Bryan and partner Mark Ballas Jr., seemed in high spirits as they arrived at the nightclub Hyde in West Hollywood last night.

It was the shock of the season as Bryan was sent packing even though she’s long been considered a front-runner and was the first contestant this season to score a perfect 30 from the judges. Sabrina hugged Mark, saying "Thank you so much, baby." as they took to the floor for the last time on the show. Ballas followed by telling her how proud he was. "I love you," he said.

After getting the bad news, 23-year-old Sabrina added, This was "an amazing opportunity and an incredible cast...I have grown as a performer so much out on this stage. Thank you so much."

Just as Britney's new album Blackout is released in stores today, reports are in that Commissioner Scott Gordon issued his order today denying the pop star custody of her two children.

Spears has been granted three visits per week, two from noon to 7:00 p.m. and one overnight visit. All visits are to be monitored. Brit and K-Fred have also been ordered to work out a holiday schedule for the children.

In the order, Gordon wrote that Britney must provide proof that her pool has been childproofed by Friday. Also, he added, "the environment at the house ranged from chaotic to almost somber with little communication at all." The Commissioner also recounted what the parenting coach complained of, quoting that "during all three of my visits, Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play."

According to the reports, the coach also wrote, "It seems that [Britney's] choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children," adding that she seemed to have a "lack of general attention at times" but there was nothing she "would characterize as abusive in a traditional sense."

From the reports it seems that the final nail in the coffin was this damning comment from the coach: "The problem is that unless Ms. Spears realizes the consequences of her behavior and the impact that it has [on] her children, nothing is going to be successful."

Last weekend French superstar Gerard Depardieu arrived to Moscow to present the wine that he produces at his castle in France. He was also presented with the Peter the Great First Class Order. Depardieu, who has run his vineyard since 1990, brought with him Anjou wines from his cellars. Price hasn't yet been set and sales managers can't yet say how high it will be.

The Peter the Great First Class Order, usually awarded for the contribution in consolidation of the Russian state, is an eight-pointed star adorned with semi-precious stones and the portrait of Peter the Great.

Russell Crowe, Mel Gibson, Denzel Washington, Olivier Martinez and Lymari Nadal were among the attendees at the industry screening of American Gangster held at the ArcLight Theater in Hollywood yesterday.

The film tells the story of a detective in 1970s America who works to bring down the drug empire of Frank Lucas (Washington), a heroin kingpin from Manhattan, who is smuggling the drug into the country in the coffins of soldiers returning from the Vietnam War.

The film is due in US theaters on November 2 and UK theaters on November 16.

According to the reports, the fan took his copy of the 1998 issue featuring nude shots of Crawford, which he asked her to sign. Cindy was furious and stopped the session at the jewelry store immediately. Crawford was told she was only going to be signing promotional pictures of her wearing a watch that she was promoting.

Reports also say that an event spokesperson confirmed that Crawford was put in an awkward position after all fans were told she would only sign authorized photographs, provided at the event. The offending fan was promptly escorted out of the store by security.

Reports are that Kid Rock was arrested in Atlanta early this morning after allegedly getting into a brawl at a DeKalb County Waffle House.

Rock and five members of his entourage were reportedly taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery after a woman with the Kid was recognized by another customer. The customer and Kid exchanged words and the scene escalated into a parking lot fight.

The customer was charged with one felony count of second degree criminal property damage for allegedly smashing a window causing over $500 in damage. Damage over that amount constitutes a felony in Georgia.

Kid Rock posted bail early this evening and signed autographs for fans as he headed out of the DeKalb County jail on his way back to his tour bus.

Star of the eagerly anticipated LOGO series "Sordid Lives," Jason Dottley took his new pup, Ty Guapo out with him to the Laurel Canyon Market near his home. It's been reported that the L.A. County Commissioner, Scott Gordon, has suspended Britney Spears' visitation rights with her kids until she complies with all court orders. The order came after Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, attended an emergency hearing yesterday.

The order reads "Petitioner's [Britney's] visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner's compliance with the court orders. The parenting coach is to submit a report to the court and counsel prior to October 26, 2007." That date is the next opportunity Britney will have to get her children back.

According to reports, the Commissioner's action was triggered by Britney failing to provide contact information to the drug testing center to facilitate the random tests.

We caught up with UK Girl Group Girls Aloud's Kimberley Walsh in Central London prior to the band's prviate gig at Sketch today.

Walsh recently spoke out about pop tart Britney Spears, reportedly saying that she believes that Britney is finally rebelling after years of being treated like an innocent little girl...that she's doing everything she can to determine her identity, even if it means going bald, dressing poorly and gorging herself on the most unhealthy fast food she can find.

Troubled pop tart Britney Spears, seen here earlier this year, was booked Monday night following her two LA driving-related misdemeanor charges. Spears, accompanied by new pal Sam Lufti and her lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan surrendered at the jail. "At around 9:25 this evening, Ms. Spears turned herself in to the Van Nuys Jail for booking," said LAPD officer Mike Lopez. "This was by court order, which is common for a misdemeanor charge." She was fingerprinted, photographed and released about an hour later. Officer Lopez says she was "neither handcuffed nor detained in a holding cell," and described her demeanor as "cooperative." The two charges stem from a fender bender hit and run in a San Fernando Valley parking lot on Aug. 6. On Oct. 9, the singer was ordered by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Rebecca Omens to be booked.

Hearthrob, Irish actor Colin Farrell has reportedly spoken for the first time about the difficulties faced with his son James who suffers from a rare form of cerebral palsy known as Angelman Syndrome, which affects his speech and motor skills. Farrell says that he is “incredibly blessed to have him in my life” and told of his joy when James recently took his first steps. He said that his son had shown “amazing courage” in the first four years of his life and that he is an “incredibly happy boy” despite his condition. The Miami Vice and Phone Booth star said that James has “enriched” his life “incredibly and is determined to make sure his son grows up happy and healthy". He says, "I think it's like any parent. What I want to do for my son is just to make sure that he has the opportunity to reach his individual potential. And that he's happy as can be. I'll do whatever I can do, stay in his way, get out of his way, to see that that's realized. That's what it's all about." Respect to you Colin!!

The Backstreet Boys perform on MTV's TRL Italy in promotion of their new album "Unbreakable" to be released on October 30, 2007.

The Boys hope to restore their fading fortunes with the album, which is the first since Kevin Richardson made the decision to leave the group in 2006. Vowing that replacing Richardson was not an option, Nick Carter, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough and AJ McLean are now a quartet. Unbreakable is due out on October 30 and is made up of 13 songs of unmistakable Backstreet Boys-style group harmonies, upbeat dance numbers and hearts-on-their-sleeve mid-tempo ballads.

We snapped Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) on the set while filming the new romantic comedy, My Life in Ruins, on the Athens Acropolis with Richard Dreyfuss and Greek actor Alexis Georgoulis.

Due out in 2008, My Life In Ruins is a comedy about an archaeologist tour guide whose life takes a personal detour, while her group gets entangled in comic situations among the ruins with a series of unexpected stops along the way.

It's reported that she watched her husband leave a party at Harvey Nichols department store recently with another woman, model Lily Cole, and lost it. Blake then left the party with Lily, leaving Amy alone for three hours before returning to continue an argument. A friend said: “Blake and Lily were chatting very intently for ages before Amy arrived. Amy went ballistic when she saw them together and dragged Blake to the toilet to confront him. They were arguing for at least 20 minutes. Amy was shouting at him and asking him what an earth he was doing with Lily. Blake tried to explain but Amy was having none of it. People waiting to use the toilets were just standing there open-mouthed. Their marriage is hanging by a thread.”

Kimberly Walsh and Sarah Harding of the UK girl group Girls Aloud enjoyed an evening at Cipriani in London last night. Outside the restaurant they had a great time greeting fans, signing autographs and taking photos.

Harding has become ultra thin and frail looking recently. Some claim it is due to a drug habit. Others claim it's dieting. Either way, I hope she ate a good dinner while at the restaurant. Looks like she could use it.

Earlier today, the California Department of Justice began serving eight search warrants in connection with the death of the late Anna Nicole Smith. Included in the warrants were Dr. Khristine Eroshevich who was served at her home, a storage facility and several businesses connected with Anna's doctors. It is reported that Howard K. Stern was at Dr. Eroshevich at the time of the service. Howard K.
