Paris Hilton seemed to be paying homage to the Wicked Witch of the East from The Wizard of Oz today with striped shoes that likely only she could pull off (and I'm not sure even she did it well). She made a visit to her modeling agency, Nous Model Management, and we caught her on her way out clutching her model's z-card and one of her many pooches. She had her rumored new boyfriend, 20-year-old Swedish model Alexander von Zweigbergk Vaggo, in tow.
