Naomi Campbell, along with her bodyguards and personal assistant, took to the streets of Milan yesterday for a shopping spree.
It's been reported that the 37-year-old supermodel desperately wants a baby, insisting that her biological clock is ticking and she wants kids as soon as possible. “I have it in my heart to have a baby,” she said to the Sun.
