Kevin Federline, seen here at the Finacially Hung Black Card Party last night, was summoned by ex wife Britney Spears on Wednesday, their son Jayden's first birthday, to attend an emergency meeting to resolve custody issues, according to reports. The two arrived separately at the Century City, California offices of Spears' lawyer Laura Wasser just days before they are due to face each other before a family court judge.
The meeting didn't go quite as Brit planned, though. Federline turned down her proposals.
